Rob brings over 35 years of expertise in recruitment, quality assurance, and commercial leadership. He’s worked with some of the world’s largest and most recognised Blue Chip organisations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

With a background rooted in business operations, financial services and digital transformation, Rob has built a reputation for solving complex hiring challenges, negotiating large-scale contracts, and delivering talent strategies that drive real business value.

At Ronin, he oversees our commercial practices with a focus on Recruitment and RPO, BPO and offshoring services, combining strategic insight with hands-on delivery to help clients build teams that scale with their growth.

Rob is passionate about building long-term partnerships and believes in a consultative, outcome-focused approach to solving back office and staffing problems.

Karen is an AAT-qualified finance and operations expert with over a decade of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and multi-entity financial management. Before co-founding Ronin, she spent nine years as Management Accountant for an international hospitality group, where she oversaw complex finance operations, reporting, and team leadership across multiple entities.

At Ronin Back Office Solutions, Karen leads our operational practices. She specialises in building high-performing finance support teams, streamlining operations, and ensuring full compliance with UK accounting standards. A Xero superuser and skilled across multiple platforms, Karen brings both technical excellence and operational insight to every client engagement.
