We assign dedicated resources from our offshore team and onboard them with your systems and processes — overseen by our UK lead, Karen Ryde. - Communication & Oversight
You’ll have a direct UK contact, regular updates, and simple ways to communicate with your offshore team (Slack, email, Zoom, etc.). - Quality Assurance & Reporting
We monitor performance closely, provide structured reporting, and address issues before they escalate.

At Ronin, we understand that no two businesses — or workloads — are the same. That’s why we offer a range of flexible pricing options to suit your operational needs and budget.
- Dedicated FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) - A fixed monthly rate for a dedicated offshore team member working exclusively for your business. Ideal for ongoing, high-volume tasks where consistency and continuity matter.
- Monthly Retainer - A set monthly fee for a defined scope of recurring work — such as bookkeeping, payroll, or admin support. Great for businesses that want predictable costs and a long-term support relationship.
- Project-Based Engagement - Perfect for one-off tasks, migrations, clean-ups, or time-bound assignments. We’ll scope the work, agree the deliverables, and execute with precision.
- Time & Materials (T&M) - Pay-as-you-go support based on hours worked, ideal for ad hoc or variable workloads. A flexible option when volume or scope may fluctuate.
